Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $12.00 on all orders under ($250). However, certain items—such as ammo & oversized items—incur higher shipping costs due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. Orders containing these products will be charged an increased rate, which will be reflected at checkout.

Free for orders exceeding $250.00, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please email sam@combat-dynamics.com with your order number and a clear request to remove it.

Ammunition Purchases - Terms and Conditions

Age Requirements: You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and 21 or older for handgun ammunition.
Shipping Details: All ammunition will be shipped via ground transportation with an adult signature required. A physical street address is mandatory—shipping to US Postal PO boxes is prohibited by law.
Order Verification: Orders with fraudulent information (e.g., fake name, email, or invalid phone number) will be canceled. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, you must provide an ID matching either address. Failure to comply will result in order cancellation per our policy.
Non-Refundable Policy: Ammunition is non-returnable. Ensure you select the correct type and caliber. Combat Dynamics is not liable for manufacturer defects or recalls. If an issue arises, we can contact the manufacturer on your behalf or provide their contact details, but as we do not produce ammunition, we are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects. By purchasing from Combat Dynamics, you accept these terms.
No Drop Shipping: We do not drop ship ammunition or ship to third parties on your behalf. Such requests will lead to order cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.
Local Laws: Always check and comply with your local regulations regarding ammunition purchases.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT STATE OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS

Orders shipping to a state different from the billing address require an ID picture post-checkout, or via email, matching either the billing or shipping address. Non-compliance will result in immediate order cancellation, with no exceptions.

Return Policy

We accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new, unused condition and returned in the manufacturer’s original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost, as this fee covers services already provided by the carrier.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your order with prior notice if an issue arises, such as stock availability or order discrepancies. If your order has been canceled and you have questions, please reach out to us at sam@combat-dynamics.com.

Discounts are only applied to orders placed within the specified sale timeframe. Returns requested solely to obtain a discount may be denied, and the items will be returned to the sender.
