CNC manufacturing

 

Ammunition subscription service (5.56 monthly delivery)

 

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

 

5. Subscription Services

Our monthly subscription service for 5.56 ammunition is recurring until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account.

 

6. Shipping & Restrictions

We only ship within the United States and only to states where our products are legally permitted (see shipping policy for states we ship too).  Orders that violate state or federal law will be canceled. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws regarding firearm parts and ammunition.

 

7. Payment

We accept various payment methods, including secure payment processors. Subscriptions require storing payment information for recurring billing. You authorize COMBAT DYNAMICS LLC to charge your selected payment method. Payment is processed in US Dollars at the time of your order, and authorization must be confirmed before we can ship your items.

 

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

 

Purchasing items in violation of local, state, or federal law

 

Falsifying your age or identity

 

Using bots, crawlers, or other unauthorized software

 

9. Legal Compliance

By purchasing ammunition or firearm parts, you certify that:

 

You are legally permitted to purchase and possess such items

 

You have not been convicted of a felony or domestic violence offense

 

You are not prohibited from owning firearms or ammunition under federal law (e.g., ATF regulations)

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect a violation of applicable laws or these Terms.

All products are sold “as-is.” You agree to assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any products purchased from us. COMBAT DYNAMICS LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
